Seoul Brothers offers a range of Korean fusion foods from the Korean fried chicken sandwich to bulgogi tacos.

The owners opened Hong's Kitchen in September 2022. The concept is inside Pretentious Beer Co. in the Old City and serves a "flavor bomb" menu out of the brewery's kitchen.

While it includes the typical bar food like beer cheese and pretzels, Hong's also serves dishes like Coates' Korean fried pancakes and the big kluckin' chicken salad with kimchi mayo, beer mustard and chicken on hearty white bread from Old Mill Bread Company.
